We will be taking a cultural tour in Vietnam prior to the Catalyst Foundation's Aid Expedition. On our previous trips we have always had to rush back because of school so this time we decided to go early and see other parts of the country.

It's the night before our trip departure. It doesn't seem possible that this trip is tomorrow. We have dreamed about taking the kids back for a homeland/cultural tour since they were babies and now they are 11 and 13 and it's actually happening! Zach has been excited about the trip since we first started talking about it but it's taken Sean a while to warm up to the idea. Finally, a few nights ago he told us he was "excited about the adventure". We are staying in DC for the night and praying that everything goes smoothly with our flights tomorrow. We need to go extra early to the airport to try to get our seats reassigned so that at least we are sitting in pairs. Right now we are all assigned to different rows.
